Hello, I had 1st purchased an earlier version of the Orbit Speaker from Walmart, great sound from this unit, but, extremely difficult to turn on, (you had to twist the top portion only). I got fed up with it and after 6 months, it was'nt any easier... So, I called Customer Support in West Milford, who promptly issued me an RMA Number and asked me to send it in and then would send out a newer...
