These won't charge more than 80%. When using they only last 2hrs of play. How do I get them replaced? Charged for 28 hrs and still at 80%, not 100% please help

Nice design and fit in my ear with no issues. Sound quality was good, but the ANC is not very effective when turned on. However, the left earbud had a defective battery and would go about 30 minutes on a charge while the right would go 5-6 hours. Currently working with tech support to get it sorted and item was returned for defect. However, this is completely inexcusable for refurb equipment, let alone a new product like I got.

Terrible

The headphones do not work, the online directions do not help, and if you call support they will hang up on you. None of this is an exaggeration

Hot garbage.

Barely gives 3 hours play, not 7, as promised. One headphone stopped charging after a few weeks. Can't adjust touch controls.
