Used them once and worked fine. From second use on, the right ear bud would not charge or connect to a device. No support on website to help, and can't return, because the packaging is gone. Better off buying something used off of ebay than these brand new.

Decent fit but failed out of box
Purchased nano sport from local store. Charged overnight and right ear would only last about 2 to 3 minutes before it died. Left ear lasts couple hours before died. Tried for several days to see if could get more charge in the ear buds but couldn’t. Called customer service and they want me to send them back and in 10 to 15 days if defective they would send me new ones. I’m not waiting that long on money spent. Didn’t want take them back to the store but I’m going to now. Fit and sound quality is good. But customer service is bad.

These nanobuds will not charge, and one of the buds won't even connect to any device... not worth the price (at any price)

Do not buy these. Same issues on each review.
I have purchased two pairs of this particular model. The first set worked well for a few days and then the charging issues began. I could sit them in their case(that is plugged in, mind you) all day to charge and rarely did they ever pass 40%. I chocked it up to a bad set that made it past quality control. A few months goes by and I purchase another set...that was yesterday. Same exact symptoms, same exact issue. Somewhere in product development, there was an issue with the charging port that never was ironed out. The sound is good when they work and the other models might be fine, but stay away from these. You would be better off with one of the freebie sets you get on an airplane.
