Bought these in icy and charcoal grey just for them to not come with microphones, bags and the charcoal set didn't even come with a charging cord. Just the headphones and instructions, nothing else. I contact support and wait for them to replace the microphones just for me to find out that the headphones are defective and aren't compatible with their headphones and after all of that I am told to create a different ticket to talk to a specialist about an exchange. They could've just sorted that themselves but no now I gotta create a separate ticket and explain everything a second time just to get what I paid for? Don't waste your money, they won't even work and you're going to be sent in circles over it.
