Altec Lansing NanoBuds ANC Headphones

I am thoroughly disappointed in these earbuds. The sound quality is okay enough and they fit my ears, but that’s about it. They were difficult to get to connect initially, and I had to try several times before it worked. What really makes me regret buying these is the abysmal battery life. They last not even an hour after taking out of the case, and they never fully charge, no matter how long you leave them on the charger. Not worth it!

Not the type to make reviews on products cause I really don’t care but these guys did it! I bought it once one earbud was bad! Exchanged it for a new pair and did the same! came to find out these mfs tell you not to return to the store if they won’t connect crazy part now my phone can’t even find them on Bluetooth now! Honestly I’m more mad a legit store like academy has them because you would think they would be legit whole time these are worst than gas station products.

I had to send the order back via UPS,
I am still waiting for my new buds.
I would say bad battery in one earbud was the issue.

Sound quality is awesome, They sit it your ear comfortably, but snug so they don't falll out.

These won't charge more than 80%. When using they only last 2hrs of play. How do I get them replaced? Charged for 28 hrs and still at 80%, not 100% please help
