Altec Lansing x NY Giants Fan Fest Giveaway

Eligibility: The Altec Lansing x NY Giants Fan Fest Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Giveaway is void outside the area stated herein and where prohibited by law. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins at 6:00p.m. EST on August 5th, 2022 and ends at 8:00p.m. EST on August 5th, 2022 (“Giveaway Period”).

How to enter: Entrants must scan the QR code at the Sponsor activation at MetLife Stadium, and visit the entry page during the Giveaway Period and complete the entry form in its entirety including: email address, complete name, and mailing address. Then, click the “Enter to Win” button to receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Multiple entries received from any person will be void. Two (2) winners will be chosen at the conclusion of the Giveaway Period.

Drawing & Winner Announcement: On August 5th, 2022, potential winners will be selected in a random drawing following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email. By entering the Giveaway, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules. To be eligible to win all Entrants must have an address on file or have provided an address when prompted at the time of entry. If an Entrant has an incomplete address, the Entrant will be disqualified, and an alternate prize winner will be selected in a random drawing.

Prize: Two (2) winners will be awarded one (1) Altec Lansing HydraShock speaker by mail. Prize winners will be shipped their HydraShock speakers within 1 week from conclusion of the Giveaway Period.

Publicity Grant: Except where legally prohibited, by acceptance of the prize, winners grant permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their names, address(es) (city and state), photographs, voices and/or other likenesses and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice, review, approval or compensation.

Data Collection: Sponsor will be collecting personal date about Entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. By participating in the Giveaway, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Conditions: By participating in this Giveaway, Entrants and prize winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify permanently from this Giveaway any Entrant it believes has violated these Official Rules and verify eligibility of Entrants. Neither Sponsor nor anyone acting on its behalf will enter any communications with any Entrant regarding this Giveaway, except as expressly set forth in these Official Rules. By participating in this Giveaway, Entrants, and prize winners release the, from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Giveaway, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Giveaway. Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of Giveaway materials submitted to Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
